There's a VERY good reason by your version of Linux cannot find that package. It maybe because you are typing in the number 412 like I did!
It's not the number 412, it IS the number 4 followed by a lowercase L (small L) followed by the number 2.
I did this for v4l2loopback-dkms and v4l2loopback-utils and both worked this time.
