Unable to find FreeShow computer in NDI source

After livestreaming our Sunday service, we took the OBS computer to another room in the church to record the annual congregational meeting. When we started the computer the following Sunday to livestream the church service, it could no longer see the FreeShow computer. Both computers are on a private network connected to the same router via ethernet cables. Both computers can ping each other, but OBS is not able to see it. I have verified that none of the firewall settings have changed on either computer.

The Advanced Network Settings are greyed out so I am not able to change the IP Family setting from the default value. I have verified that there are no active livestreams, recordings, or cameras. Both computers have been rebooted multiple times, and I have verified that we are running the most current version of NDI.
 
If you have issues with a third party plugin you should contact its dev via the Discussion section on the particular plugins' page or wherever the dev have set for this.
