Unable to downnload to Windows

Hello,
I am having difficulty downloading and running OBS on my PC. When I try to run setup the following message comes up:
"The item obs32.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly."

Then it deletes OBS from my computer.

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Deleting an desktop icon does NOT = deleting program from computer. [this isn't about OBS, this is a Windows thing. And deleting a desktop shortcut usually requires your approval.
And do you have an old/low-end PC? if not, why are you using 32-bit version of OBS?
And why do you ask about downloading, when your description is around running the application?
Are you trying to download the installer, and failing? Have you done the computer basics of making sure your computer is free of malware, has sufficient disk space, and not running any security tools / add-ins which would block this download?
