Question / Help Unable to download

Unable to download or save the .exe file of OBS Multiplatform for Windows. I get an error stating signature is corrupt or invalid.

I see the same with Internet Explorer on Windows 7 and Edge on Windows 10. To be honest I just ignored it and continued with the download. I have Chrome on my Windows 7 machine and that doesn't complain.

The .exe had downloaded onto my desktop even with the signature error. However, when I try to open it, Windows treats it as a threat and blocks it. Even with turning off the antivirus protection.
Running Windows 8.1, Explorer 11.0.27, and Norton 360 Premier

Finally figured it out.
Downloaded (save as) to desktop and ignored signature prompt. .exe appears on desktop
Windows 8.1: Control panel > System & Security > Windows Firewall > Allow application through firewall > Change settings > allow app. > path: browse to desktop > choose .exe > add.
Go back to desktop: open .exe > firewall message pops up > more info > run anyway
