Question / Help Unable to download OBS Studio

I'm currently trying to download OBS Studio to my Windows Laptop. It's a HP running Windows 8.1 @ 64 Bit. I'll include a screen snip of my current situation. I have been trying to download OBS Studio but everytime I do I get this pop up saying I need to download the supporting downloads in which I have but yet it doesn't seem like the OBS Studio program is registering that my computer has those two needed programs already downloaded. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, have restarted my computer, etc. Getting irritated as I can't live cast on my Twitch without this. Thanks for any help!

I already have though, You can see in the screen snip in the background the three files. OBS Studio and the two downloads its asking for.

Just having the two vcredists in the downloads folder isn't enough. You MUST run them both.
And if that doesn't help, you must also make sure your windows updates are actually up to date.

I re D/L them from the direct link you gave me, It still says the same thing. How do I have the two vcredists running, whenver I click them the only three options is repair/uninstall/close? I'm going to turn off my computer and have it check for updates and see if that helps any as well.

Yah after looking through some other stuff I found that there is a specific c runtime download specifically for windows 8.1 so I'm trying to figure that out and how to get that specific update taken care of and hopefully that will take care of it. I will keep you updated, thanks for support and help!
