Question / Help Unable to Connect to twitch server

Prior to the 17.0.0 update i was able to connect to the twitch servers and stream for some reason every time i try to connect it notifys me with a failed to connect to server the instant i click on "start streaming". I have reset my stream key twice and it has not worked. Here is the log file

can you repost a log once you have tired to connect as the current log doesn't show the session.
