Question / Help unable to connect to facebook server facebook live

well tested ports they are all successful but unable to connect to facebook live. I have borrowed my sons computer since my old mac wasnt streaming well. I have a mac 2010 couldnt seem to get audio to sync up to lips ..now using my sons windows computer and it wont connect to servers. need to go live today. have orders to do in the experiences live. can someone help me.

You have to use the port 80 server for Facebook, OBS does not support encrypted RTMP.
