Unable to access source settings as OBS locks up and shuts down.

I did a clean install and made sure no plug-ins were installed, but I am still having this issue with the newest version.
I can open regular settings via the menu but every time I hit the cog in the sources box, it locks up, I can't do anything and then OBS just force closes.

No sure how to proceed from here, open to any suggestions.
