UltraStudio Recorder 3G Not recognized in OBS on macOS Sonoma

After upgrading to macOS Sonoma, OBS no longer recognizes the UltraStudio Recorder 3G capture card as a video input option.

The great detail is that in Desktop Video Setup and Media Express, it is recognized normally.

What should I do?

I am having the same exact issue, have you tried capturing video via quicktime ? it isn't recognized there either for me but let me know how it ends up working for you! was unsure if I should contact OBS or Blackmagic.

I have exaclty the same issue (rafaelildefonso)
Capture works well with Blackmagic media express but nothing in OBS

Open OBS :
New source

Blackmagic device
and select your device

All good
