UI text cramming

I've been having this problem for awhile and am unsure how to fix it. I have tried changing UI appearance but the problem stays. This has made navigating menus annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Themes for OBS have changed how they work. If you're using a custom one, change it back to Yami.

I had been using Yami. Just found out it disliked being on my widescreen monitor. When on a standard sized monitor it acts normally.
