UI - Scene collection Hotkey, Scene copy between collections

Pretty self explanatory, it would be nice to have a way to switch scene collections using a hotkey, just as a quick way to switch between collections when needed. Maybe a simple version like next or previous scene collection hotkeys, so as to not have too many hotkeys assigned if there are many collections.

EDIT: A way to copy a scene between collections would also be nice.
