Im having trouble with udp multicast
Ive followed the instructions here:

If i unicast to a local ip address i can play the stream on the second machine using vlc no problem
If i use a multicast address of 224.0.0.0:9999 i get nothing, vlc shows no error just doesnt load anything. Whats going on !
Ive disabled the firewalls and antivirus but makes no difference
I need to use the stream on more than 1 computer so im in need of some help !
