Ubuntu 15.04 PPA?

Ubuntu 15.04 has ffmpeg in the repo so who ever makes the obs PPA just needs to enable it for vivid. I can obviously build it myself but there is no point when the PPA could work today with just setting it.

I think Vivid version of OBS won't be out until Vivid is officially out...
If you don't want to wait, I've already built a Vivid version on my PPA (radzaquiel/obs-studio) & I'll be glad you test it ^^

I've now added the 15.04 (Vivd) to the main obs-studio PPA.
