Question / Help Two monitors. Lagging OBS

I have two monitors. OBS lagging on second monitor, when OBS on second monitor and game on first monitor. It not in all game,but many.OBS lagging any time, if I no stream, and if i start stream. Such as outlast 2, warface, diablo 3 Why?

My comp:
i try in geforce gtx 660 and gtx 1050
intel core i5 4570
ddr3 16gb
ssd osz 1tb
