I have the same problem as others where two webcams are plugged in the same computer and each one of them works fine on its own but not when added together as Video Capture Devices.
I am helping on a local radio that wanted to start streaming some radio shows, they have an Acer All-in-one computer.
Reading other forum threads I have tried different USB ports (side/rear) with and without USB hub, and different webcams (same exact model and also mixed different brands) but no luck.
