As malware has been embedded in PDFs, I'd recommend simply posting the content of that PDF to this thread
Is camera 2 a no-name (asian) knock-off ? or is it PTZ Optics, just a slightly different model?
if both PTZ Optics, have you looked into firmware updates for both?
and why is slice size (I don't know that that is) different between cameras?
Is camera #1 only capable of 720p? or, why isn't this set to 1080p?
Why is camera 2's bitrate set so much lower than camera 1, even though at higher resolution (meaning needing more bitrate for similar video quality)
Are you using 2nd stream on both cameras (ex separate physical PTZ hardware controller)? if not, can you disable it (wasting energy/cpu cycles to encode that 2nd stream and then bandwidth to send it
Your PDF misses the critical details of how, exactly, the video signal is getting from the cameras to OBS Studio. Is there a video switcher involved?
Your audio delay (almost a full second) seems excessive, unless OBS Studio PC is fairly overwhelmed, in which case it *might* make some sense (though still a problem)
Having 2 cameras at different latencies is, my understanding, a big problem. and I'm not aware (doesn't mean it doesn't exist, only that someone else will have to comment) on a way to selectively add a delay to a specific camera input. And that wouldn't help if you are video switching external to OBS Studio
Have you tried swapping cameras and made sure cabling isn't a problem source?
