Question / Help twitch.tv live stream laggy as hell

Hello,

first of all: sorry for my bad english ;)

well, i tried to start my live stream on twitch.tv today, just for fun, but its laggy as hell and i dont know why.
im coming with a

16GB RAM DDR5
NVidia Geforce GTX 660ti
i7 3770k 3.5GHz

i hardly can imagine that its because of the system but honestly i dont know what im doing wrong.
even in not HD and the lowest settings its lagging.

would be pleased if someone got an idea.

You have to explain what exactly is laggy. If you are watching your own stream and it lags, it's a long time and neverending problem on Twitch's side.
 
Yeah, its lagging when i watch my own stream ... i dont really know how other ppl see it ...

one of my friends took a look and he said its not watchable cause its lagging that much :(

It helps if we had some logs and maybe even a link to your past broadcasts. Could it be possible to for you to edit the original post with these?

Now I have to figure out if this is being caused by OBS not being able to keep up using my capture card or if my internet is just crap and I was dropping frames (even though OBS wasn't showing I was).
