ill start this off by saying im new here and am trying to stream old school runescape.
so basically im using a dell g7 laptop. ive tried everything i can possible think of to try and figure out why i drop frame rates constantly. Ive tried changing my server, ive tried lowering my bitrate, my fps to 30, all the things recommended. i can get my stream up and running but its super laggy for views and i drop rates at a massive rate.
i tried using this tester to see if i can see where a server would be best for me and no shit all the quality numbers were 0. is this why my streams are legit non viewable? is there a fix?
