For some reason, whenever I stream, the actual stream itself (as viewed on twitch)is pixelated and pretty laggy, usually hovering between 20-40 FPS (though most of the time it's below 30). I have the preset set to faster, 6000 bitrate (which I can saturate), 1080p encoding at 60fps. I run on the x264 encoder because the image is said to look better than NVENC. I have an i7 8700k @5GHz with a 1070 and 16gb of RAM. It's not like my system or settings are out of order so I don't really know what's going on. Any help is appreciated.
EDIT: My in-game FPS is typically above 90 and will rarely dip below 80; I play without Vsync.
