Trying to stream to twitch, but seem to get a fair amount of stutter + input lag. Was advised to adjust primary display to 120Hz instead of 144Hz, did that. Changed stream output to 720p + bitrate to 6000 Kbps.

Hard to believe I don't have the cpu/gpu power to accommodate a smooth stream, not sure if there's any additional settings I should look at.
