Question / Help Twitch Stream Settings|Help!|What Would Be The Best Settings For my PC?

I guess my inital question is what would be my streaming settings for twitch.
CPU: I7-6700k
GPU: GTX 970

Also for an FYI, i mostly will stream games like Battlegrounds, Rocket League, League of Legends.
