hello there
Let me start by saying I recently started to get into streaming. Trying different settings and attempting to get a smooth stream. However as far as I know my stream is not smooth and the quality really bad and I am not sure how to check this or how to change the settings so the stream is smooth.

I was planning to start with CS:GO and overwatch maybe some different games later on.

my fps in both game is fine fps 180+

PC specs
- Intel Core i7-7800X @ 4.8
- Sli GTX 980
- 32GB DDR4 Memory

here 7 min stream

and here my log

Is there a way to fix it ?

thx

While you do have some lagged frames by maxing out the GPU, going at 0.6% of them isn't that big of a deal. If that worries you too much you could reduce the GPU loads by capping the FPS in-game. Overwatch has it via slider, and CSGO has it via console command (fps_max x; where x is the number).

There are two game_capture sources in the same scene. Please remove one game_catpure:

02:33:10.863: - scene 'Scene':
02:33:10.863: - source: 'Game Capture' (game_capture)
02:33:10.863: - source: 'Game Capture 2' (game_capture)

GPU load of each individual SLI card while gaming+streaming is not exceeding 70%, or just overall GPU load of both cards?
Can you test if ingame FPS limit of 60fps will result in smooth streaming?
If you have a second monitor with a different refreshrate than your gaming monitor, make sure no GPU accelerated programs are on the second monitor.

Last but not least, SLI can cause some problems for streaming. You could try to disable and enable multi adapter compatibility in your game_capture.

hey there
thanks for your response
GPU load for both its about 70%-75% with cap 240FPS if i remove the cap its stay about 97%-99%
i well give it a try now with 60fps limt

What about your "i well give it a try now with 60fps limt"?
Still waiting for the result. If it helps, you could try 120fps limit and so on.

Have you tried the "multi adapter compatibility" option for game_capture (compare performance with activated feature and deactivated feature)?
