Basically I became interested in streaming but my stream starts lagging all the time I start a game. On Windows it works fine, but playing CSGO or any other game makes it buffer all the time/lag for the viewers. Has anyone got experience with this? I'm not lagging myself in-game. I'm using OBS Studio (not the Classic one).

Sorry for being yet another one complaining about the buffer issues, as I have seen quite some questions about this on Google and on this website. Hopefully this can be solved in my case.
