Question / Help Twitch Stream Lagging

Howdy fellows,

Firstly let me say I'm woefully uneducated when it comes to this which is why I am now seeking help. I have a very reliable internet connection, decent PC & OBS says I am dropping 0% frames however when I stream and watch back my VoDs the content is really jumpy/leggy. Any help on how I could resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

But, I think you are still using OBS Classic. Switch to Studio.
