Setting up OBS has been a huge pain in the ass, and now I've run into a problem I can't fix by simply looking it up. The problem is as the title says, the stream is lagging like crazy, I have a 13.91mbps up and I have the video bitrate set to 3500kbps and I'm using ethernet, so I don't think that's the problem. The video of my league client in obs seems to run smoothly if that helps you at all. I have no idea what to do from here pls help.
