Question / Help Twitch stream lag and large FPS drop

Hey guys, I've been playing League for a while now and have recently wanted to start streaming. I downloaded OBS last night and got everything set up with soundflower, but when I went to start streaming my friend said there was tremendous lag and the stream would constantly pause. On top of that it seems my fps drops in game by quite a bit. Any suggestions for what I should do? I've looked for solutions online but the majority of them are pc OBS users so it didn't help me all that much XD. Anyways any and all recommendations would be great. I'll post my log below (hopefully I do this right). Thank you!

In that log file, your video settings were too high for your computer to handle. Your computer is a 2-core computer, so you can't really stream in high definition. You need to stream in a much lower scaled resolution, and at no more than 30fps.

Much appreciated. I turned the scaled resolution way down and still am streaming at 30 fps. The stream itself is still pretty laggy but it's not as bad as it was before.
