Question / Help Twitch stream keeps lagging and freezing

I've tried everything to fix it and nothing seems to help, can someone give me some help on my settings to stream games like league of legends, csgo, etc.

my build is:

PU: GeForce GTX 960

CPU: Intel Core I5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Ram: 12 Gb

PSU: CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H97M-D3H

OS: Windows 10
