Twitch stream is lagging but my OBS and my game aren't lagging at all

So, when I stream games like siege, the forest, dbd, sot, my twitch stream will be really jumpy and laggy. However, my game isn't laggy at all and neither is my OBS. My OBS looks crystal clear and super smooth, but when I look on the twitch website at my stream, it's blurry and it's jumpy/choppy/laggy.
