Twitch Stream is always pixelated and audio is low quality using OBS, but is fine with Twitch Studio.

Hello,

I just recently switched to OBS and I am having issues getting good quality video and audio for Twitch streaming.
I tried to get my settings as close as possible to what I had in Twitch Studio, but no matter what I do the video is pixelated/blocky and the audio quality is low.

I didn't have these issues with Twitch Studio, so I am unsure of what I need to do.
I tried a ton of different setting combinations, but they all seem to give the same results.

Here is my last log:

Please review and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

In regards of the audio buffering, it shouldn't be an issue once you turn off HAGS and the stream delay.
Also, remove the owned plugin. Before you jump on the plugins bandwagon, lets make OBS work correctly.

Now, after you corrected the above issues run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do not change it.
Please restart (!important) OBS and perform a test stream of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting further issues.

Do the above and change the bitrate to 6000 (assuming you have the bandwidth).
Use the CoreAudio AAC encoder for better quality audio. https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/using-coreaudio-aac-encoder-w-o-installing-itunes.134540/
If you're gaming on your 144hz monitor, then either change the refresh rate to 120hz or game on your 120hz monitor and cap your game at 120 FPS/use V-Sync. Easier to render 1 out of 2 frames than 5 out of 12.
If you're going to stream at 720, then change the base resolution to 1280x720 and game at 1280x720. Avoid scaling when possible. You may need to rebuild your scene. Turn up those game quality settings with the lower resolution (but keep in mind OBS does use some the of the GPU). Garbage in, garbage out.

Same things are happening on the stream side.

I am not sure why the analyzer is saying there is high system load for the Max Audio Buffering issue. OBS is reporting ~1% CPU usage and task manager says total CPU usage is around 30% with a game running.

I tried to do that new encorder but the QTfiles64 would never get generated.

There's no attempt of recording on the last log file.
Also, there's an issue on the network adapter showing only 100mbps and it's 1gbps capable.

1. Enable Dynamic Bitrate in the Advanced Network Settings.
2. Set your bitrate to 6000.
3. Set your output FPS to 30.
