Heyo guys -
I've been having issues with my twitch streams being very laggy and even freezing for my viewers. Here are my system specs and internet speed test results:
Windows 10
Intel Core i5 6402p CPU @ 2.8ghz
8GB DDR3 Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 w/ 4gigs DDR4 ram
I'm recording in 1080p and streaming in 720p - 30fps. I started with my bandwidth set to 2500.... and continued to drop it down to 500 while still getting lag and freezing in the stream. Running my encoder as hardware NVNC.
I feel like with my above stats and 180mb/s down, 12mb/s up... I should be having a very seamless stream. I am only streaming Clash Royale through blue stacks... so no crazy FPS sort of game taking up a bunch of processing power. I really am at a loss after messing around with settings and researching what could be the issue.
