Question / Help Twitch stream freezes when changing scenes in obs

So anytime I try to change scenes in obs my twitch stream crashes. It will go to try to buffer and then goes to stream is offline. OBS does not crash and still captures my game but its like it stops the output to twitch. Can anyone help? Thanks!
