Question / Help Twitch stream buffer (Help)!

Alright, so I have a decent i5 processor, fine graphiccard and so on, not something MAJOR, but good enough to do streaming and gaming. So, I have tried everything from high bitrate with high resolutions, to low resoultions, smaller bitrate (around 2000) and both high and low res etc. etc., removed reduced delay from twitch settings and so on, I have literally done everything I can, but for some reason.. it still buffers for some people and it appears to just be MY stream, because the mulitple people I have talked to, doesn't buffer on other streams.

If you are not dropping frames and already at like 2000 kbps bitrate, there is nothing you can do since it's beyond your control.

As long as you aren't dropping frames you can't do anything against it (except for getting higher viewer amounts or getting partnered which might also not help).
