Twitch Status Dock Gone...

Good afternoon/morning/evening, I'm new to the forum and have been using OBS for about 7 months now. I noticed this morning that my Twitch Status dock is missing. This dock gave information on how many people were actively watching your stream, number of followers, online/offline, etc. It is no longer available. I have updated OBS, disconnected and reconnected my account and it's still not there. How may I get it back? Is there a way? I look forward to getting some help on this.

Looks like this.

I don't believe this is a default OBS dock, even with Twitch integration.
If you added it as a Custom Dock, you may need to check and re-add it.
Normally the Stats dashboard popout is something like "https://www.twitch.tv/popout/[USERNAME]/dashboard/live/stats"

Thank you so very much. It used to be in OBS...then it disappeared. Do I have to setup custom docks every time I stream? I noticed this afternoon, that none of my docks were there when I setup to stream. I had to put them all back in again.

They should be preserved until deleted from the Custom Docks dialog list. Custom Docks should persist between all Profiles and Scene Collections, but are not maintained between Users. I'm not sure if that applies to 'run as administrator' versus running as a standard user account.
It actually appears that these are stored in the Global config file, %APPDATA%\obs-studio\global.ini if you want to make a backup.

Okie dokie. I got it to save. Now, can I import/export to my laptop?

This no longer works. I am using Restream, and when I add the pop out with OBS Studio, it displays nothing, however, on Google Chrome, it displays my status. Anyone have a solution?
