Hello. I have a problem when i streaming.
My spec:
Rtx 4070ti
i7 9700k
64gb ram
Obs and games instaled on M2 disc
The main problem is when i streaming my game run smoothly on 60fps. i dont have any frame drop etc. But on stream i have some missing frames and something like stuttering. im not good and english so i dont know how to say it.

I see other streamer in much worse PC spec have better graphic and more smothly than my stream.
How can i fix that?
