Hey guys,
so I've been dealing with this issue for quite some time, I will be streaming normally, and randomly my stream will cut off for a few seconds, my viewers will all drop. OBS will say its still streaming, there is no indication that it's my internet, because I am using a program that automatically pings twitch, google and facebook every few seconds.
What I've tried
Here is my attached log, I am wondering if you can tell if this is a Twitch issue, internet issue, or OBS issue. Also should I be using regular OBS > multiplatform, or does that matter?

- Changing servers
- Resetting twitch key
- redownloading OBS
- lowering bitrate
