twitch live stream pixalated at times dropps frames kb/s jumps from 4500 to eventually zero somtimes goes back up fluctuates every ten minutes etc
things ive tried ( i use a cap card for my xbox}
-Called isp twice senior tech second time
-ran a game without cap card
-opened rtmp 1935 on firewall
-checked avast
-changed server
-tried another pc
-tried a different ethernet
-changed a million different settings
-updated graphic mother ramm drivers etc
-lowered bitrate
ive been dealing with this for going on 2 months it started in January
please help this is absolute bull shit the quality of my stream is either muddy butt or somtimes even drops all together it ran fine for months...
