Question / Help Twitch lags, Youtube no issues on stream.

So I have everything working as it should I noticed the stream to Twitch lags, however YT is quick and only a few seconds delay. Trying to think what I might have set wrong or it a twitch thing ? No errors or anything.

The log file is the last time I used twitch not sure it would help.
I edit the file name to have a T on it so I could tell which was twitch.

I have run DirectX checks and no errors .
