As of last night, my stream is incredibly laggy. my connection on obs is Green. when I'm streaming xbox games using the xbox app on my pc, the game looks fine on Twitch. last night when i was trying to stream my Switch games using the Elgato HD60 capture card, the stream is so laggy, it eventually just freezes. again, the connection on obs is Green. i do not know what is going on. i didn't change any settings last night when this issue started. i have tried changing some settings today on both obs and the Elgato Game Capture program
