Twitch: Failed to connect to servers

I know others have had this issue in the past, but searching the Forum didn't find any result that appeared to apply to my situation.

I have manually pasted in my Stream Key, checked that my Internet connection is working, VPN off, Windows Defender firewall on or off, and the result is the same. I installed OBS on a small work laptop and that connects to servers without any issue, so my ISP or router are not preventing a connection. Running the wizard, it simply stops and says, 'Failed to connect to any servers, check your Internet connection and try again." Here is a bit from the log:

Seems like a DNS issue, check the Windows Event Log for possibly more information. You can also try "netsh winsock reset" from an admin cmd prompt.
