Twitch Chat doesn't work correctly as browser source

Hello

When I embed my Twitch-Chat in the stream as Browser Source it works fine, but only for one time. Next time it doesn't work anymore. Then I have to delete the content of the obs-browser folder and it works - but only for one time. But every time I delete the folder content, I lose a lot of settings.
Does anybody know what are the concrete parts of cache or settings for the twitch chat in the plugin folder, that I can delete them separately or does anybody know a better way?

Addition

I use the streamlabs widgets and in other external browsers it works and other web sources works too.

2nd Addition ( maybe important )

I use two instances of OBS. The first is to build a VirtualCam picture and the second one ist for streaming. In the first instance, the chat works and in the second one I have the described problems.
