Question / Help Twitch Alerts showing twice?

Having finally got a PC capable of using OBS MP I got it all set up and working fine with twitch alerts etc, my only problem is when someone follows me I get an over lay of the notification, like it shows up twice on screen, with audio.

How do I solve this so it only shows the 'follow' notification once, and not twice for the same person at the same time (like mirrored) Thank You

Can you post a log? Are you sure you don't have two browser sources set up?

Solved it, I did indeed have 2 CLR Browsers. Removed one of them and works fine now! Streamed today with great settings. Streamed about 5 hours, not 1 glitch or disconnection! Everything worked as such! Very impressed. Thank you
