Question / Help Twitch Alerts Not Showing

So i'm currently attempting to setup Twitch Alerts through OBS Studio using the Browser Source but for some reason it isn't working like it is supposed.

So i put the Browser source in and then paste the Twitch Alert link and i hit "Test Alert" and it all works like it should. All Donation, Follow and Host alerts all work completely fine in the test stage.

But when i am actually live streaming and someone follows or donates to the stream the alert doesn't come at all, no sound or video alert.

Some advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

You should probably talk to Streamlabs (formerly known as Twitch Alerts)

I had issues like this (Test working fine except that i had nosound), Fixed using 32-bits version, was using 64-bits.

Streamed tonight but they randomly decided to work tonight. I'll monitor and see how it goes, but thanks for the advice mate.
