Question / Help Twitch Alerts Not Showing

Whenever I try to capture TwitchAlerts nothing shows up when a notification is suppose to show, i can hear it but nothing pops up. I tried this on window capture. And yes i did try chroma key but nothing.

I dont see the option too, Can you tell me cause i cant find it.
