Twitch Alerts not showing up in OBS (once again)

I get this problem every month or so where my alerts on twitch don't show on on obs through a test alert, a follow, nothing! I've refreshed my OBS, signed out and back in, redid my whole stream sources, repasted and repasted and repasted the browser source into OBS. It has the permissions it needs from both sides to run, the overlays i have are not the issue either, my network connection is just fine, my obs is updated to the latest one as well. I CANT DO ANYTHING, i don't want to give up on this program because I enjoy OBS but Jesus I cant keep doing this every month for it to just randomly start working after I've tore through my stream setup and back FOR IT TO JUST BREAK AGAIN. I know I am not the only one with this problem either, just look on here or reddit, there's forums full of this with still no awnser.

You need to contact the service that gives you the alerts.
OBS only shows what is sent to it. If nothing is sent, nothing is shown.

It's how the alerts work. A bot verifies the events on your twitch channel and sent the info to the loaded page on your browser source. Many things may be blocking this information from reaching the page. Could be an issue on the alerts services not reading the events so it don't sent anything, or an issue on middle, or a problem with a firewall. Almost all the time the issue it's on the alerts service itself.
Unless you have an aggressive firewall / antivirus (anything but the microsoft firewall) which will intercept the needed information to be shown on the browser source blocking it.
