Hi everyone,

I have a question about the bitrate and Twitch Partner.

Is it possible to increase the bitrate on OBS when we are partner/Affiliate Twitch?
Since there is the possibility to adjust the quality of the stream.

6000 Kbps is maximum bitrate for Twitch.
If you are not partner you can use the same bitrate, but they can reduce it if they need it for partners.
Better ask Twitch.

those encoding presets don't specify the max bitrate allowed. Shroud streams at 8k bitrate.

Partners can negotiate their bitrate within their contract with twitch. For everyone else, 6000kbps is the guideline limit.

Again, in the guidelines, 6k bitrate is a recommendation and not a limit.

everybody can do 7800 kbit/s bitrate with 160 kbit/s audio stream on twitch, idk if you can go higher as partner but this works for everybody, if you go higher it can happen that twitch rejects your stream.
I have to say that they do it in a better way than how they did it years ago, now you know exactly if it runs it runs.
