Question / Help Turning OBS Output into a Virtual Webcam

Hello! I am trying to turn the OBS output signal into a virtual webcam that will be recognized on skype, facetime, or facebook vid chat.
I have seen 1 video of a guy who did this using CamTwist and SyphonInject. He also had to disable his System Integrity Protection (SIP) in order for it to work properly. I followed his steps and disabled my SIP but I still could not get SyphonInject to launch in OBS. I am thinking its because I have a new version of Catalinas OS on my computer (10.15.3), he said in the comments his was 10.13.1. Maybe mac updated and closed the loop hole? I don't know.

Wondering if anyone here has messed around with it on a currently updated mac OS or if there is another plug in for OBS that can accomplish this I am unaware of.
Any help would be amazing!

SyphonInject no longer works in new versions of OBS and is based on a display technology that Apple is deprecating (OpenGL).

CamTwist has also not been updated in years.

For apps that support it (Zoom, webex, Skype) the solution is NDI.

However, there is an issue right now where NewTek updated their NDI software from 4.1 to 4.5 this week, removed the old versions, and the new versions crash with the OBS NDI plugin on MacOS.
