Question / Help Trying to use RTSP stream from IP Cam as a source (crashes)

I'd like to use an IP cam we have in house but I can't find a clear guide on how to set up the rtsp link in the source.
I go to create a new Source, and uncheck the Local File box. Then I enter the rtsp:// URL (verified it works in VLC) into the Input field and when I click save the whole application quits.

So first: what is the proper way to add that source?

And second: here's the crash log and app log.

OK- so this goes in as a bug report then. The answer was to create a VLC Source, and enter the URL there.
But the bug is that incorrect/unknown data in the Input field will crash out OBS 20.1.
