Trying to use PowerPoint Cameo while Livestreaming

Hi There,

We have a livestream running and would also like to present powerpoint with a video cameo to the local audience. Unfortunately, it appears that OBS locks the camera meaning PowerPoint cannot use it. Is there a way to have an application and OBS share the same Camera device?
