Question / Help Trying to stream my Zwift Races

I am trying to use OBS to stream by CVR Races on Zwift and there is quite a lag...very jerky streaming. I was told my speed was too slow. My kbps speed was1737.7 kbps. I am just starting to stream, so I am a newbie as to what to do to make the kbps faster. I am using a newer MacBook Air.

There is no stream attempt in your log. You have to start streaming, observe the problem, stop the stream, then post the log. Otherwise the only items in the log are what OBS puts there when it starts up, which is not always helpful.
