I am a small youtuber and I want to record minecraft, but there is no Game Capture setting! So I tryed window capture but minecraft was not an option. I know I can just record my entier computer but I want to look at the stream chat without having the stream see me doing it! Please help me.

Your options are desktop (display) capture and window capture. Of those two, desktop capture will perform better.
If you're on Mojave or earlier you may be able to make Syphon Inject work. This was the Mac equivalent to game capture, but it is less reliable and does not work properly in 10.14 and above.
